2016 for the Vietnam Irrigated Agriculture Improvement Project. The objective of the mission was to:
i) review the overall progress of the project implementation; ii) identify bottlenecks that affecting the implementation; and iii) discuss and agree on solution to remove all issues and bottlenecks.
